- Start with 1 session per week for the first 4 weeks.
- Follow up with a session every other week for the next 2-3 months.
- Have a session once per month thereafter, as needed, to optimize the clearing of limiting thoughts, the experience of peace, and the power of consciously creating your life.
Maintaining the Benefits of EFT
- Start with 1-2 session per week for 4-6 weeks to begin and continue the release of energy blocks and experience relief.
- Follow up with sessions when you experience discomfort of any kind to release deep-rooted and/or new energy blocks and gain relief.
Maintaining the Benefits of Raindrop Technique
- Start with 1 session per week for 10 weeks to establish and build on the clearing, cleansing, and alignment of your body’s energy centers.
- Follow up with a session once or twice per month to keep your energy centers clear and aligned.
Maintaining the Benefits of Reflexology
- Start with 1-2 sessions per week for 3-6 weeks to begin shifting and altering the ingrained stress patterns in your body.
- Follow up with a session once or twice per month to maintain the healing effects and to prevent new stress patterns from forming.
